4. Orders

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or issues with stock availability.

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please check all order and shipping details carefully before checkout.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping options include:

• Economy Shipping (Evri Standard): 3–5 business days

• Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–3 business days

• Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Local (select orders): 1–2 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not guarantee delivery times and are not liable for delays caused by the courier.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, a full unboxing video must be provided within 48 hours of delivery as evidence.

Exchanges are available for unused organizers only and must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
