🀍 Return & Exchange Policy

We want every package from G&A to feel like a soft moment β€” and we do our best to ensure that every order is packed with care and love. That said, please kindly note our return and exchange policy before placing your order:

βœ… We accept exchanges only β€” no returns or refunds

We currently offer exchange of items within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are only accepted for items with size or color options (e.g. organizer sizes).

  • We do not accept exchanges based on change of mind or design preferences.

  • All exchanges require a video of the unboxing as proof (to ensure items arrived damaged or wrong).

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping fee of the exchange process.

❌ Refunds & Returns

As a small brand focused on handmade & curated items, we do not offer refunds or returns, unless:

  • You received the wrong product or a damaged item.

  • You provided a valid unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

Please understand that once an item is used or shows signs of handling, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing info, or unpaid duties, we'll reach out to you. You'll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

  • Returned packages without response after 3 weeks may be considered disposed.

  • Please track your order and keep an eye on your inbox to avoid delays.
