π€ Return & Exchange Policy
We want every package from G&A to feel like a soft moment β and we do our best to ensure that every order is packed with care and love. That said, please kindly note our return and exchange policy before placing your order:
β We accept exchanges only β no returns or refunds
We currently offer exchange of items within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Exchanges are only accepted for items with size or color options (e.g. organizer sizes).

We do not accept exchanges based on change of mind or design preferences.

All exchanges require a video of the unboxing as proof (to ensure items arrived damaged or wrong).

Customers are responsible for the shipping fee of the exchange process.

β Refunds & Returns
As a small brand focused on handmade & curated items, we do not offer refunds or returns, unless:

You received the wrong product or a damaged item.

You provided a valid unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
Please understand that once an item is used or shows signs of handling, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing info, or unpaid duties, we'll reach out to you. You'll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Returned packages without response after 3 weeks may be considered disposed.
